Eligibility for Refund:

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the service must be unused or show clear signs of failure to deliver as promised.

Process for Refund:

Contact our customer service team at info@upturntechnology.com to initiate a refund request. Provide your purchase details and the reason for the refund request.

Approval and Processing:

Upon receiving your request, we will review your case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

Refunds are not available for services that have been used or partially used unless there is a clear service failure. Custom services or special projects are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
